chez Mathilda's products are nut free just however the commercial kitchen we use isn't. We do take stringent measures to avoid contamination but would not recommend persons with allergies consume either. Our quiche cups are gluten free but rock buns are not. 

Yes, both our quiche cups & rock buns can be frozen. Products should be wrapped tightly in freezer safe packaging before freezing. We suggest thawing items for 2 minutes before reheating in a conventional or toaster oven at 195-200 degrees for 5 minutes or until warm. To ensure freshness, please consume within two weeks. 

The majority of the ingredients we use are organic but some of the condiments are conventional. 

chez Mathilda’s products do not contain any genetically modified ingredients. 

Organic cane sugar is the only sweetener used in our rock buns.
